Cognate with Scots ten, tene (“ten”), West Frisian tsien (“ten”), Saterland Frisian tjoon (“ten”), North Frisian tiin (“ten”), Dutch tien (“ten”), German zehn (“ten”), Norwegian ti (“ten”), Swedish tio (“ten”).
