Etymology
From Proto-Indo-European *yós, like the basic relative pronoun ὅς (hós), + the same suffix as Latin tālis (“such”) and quālis (“[such] as”) + -κός (-kós, adjective suffix). Cf. ἧλιξ (hêlix)
