- (chapter): Luku is one of the divisions in a Finnish act (laki). The core division is pykälä, which is contained even in the shortest acts;[1] large statutes may have higher divisions (parts and chapters).[2] The hierarchy of the divisions goes, and their names are by convention translated by the Ministry of Justice of Finland, as follows:
