Compare Norwegian arbeide, Norwegian Nynorsk arbeide, arbeida, Danish arbejde, Old High German arabeitjan, arabeiton, German arbeiten and Gothic 𐌰𐍂𐌱𐌰𐌹𐌳𐌾𐌰𐌽 (arbaidjan).
