From 陰陽 (onmyō, on'yō, “yin-yang”) +‎ 師 (shi, “-ian; -ist”)

The yō reading for 陽 changes to myō as an instance of renjō (連声). The shi reading for 師 changes to ji as an instance of rendaku (連濁).
