- Salvia africana-lutea, expanded from Linnaeus' Salvia afr.lutea (Sp. Pl. 1: 26, 1753) is contrary to Melbourne Code (ICNafp, 2012) Art. 23.6(c): Salvia africana lutea is a generic name followed by two adjectival words in the nominative case and therefore is not a validly published name (see alsp IPNI, 2017).
