Rhinella chavin (Lehr, Köhler, Aguilar & Ponce, 2001)
Type locality: "Palma Pampa (09° 53´ 14 S, 75° 53´ 21 W; elev. 3010 m), located approximately 20 km southeast of Chaglla, along the road from Chaglla to Tomayrica, property of P. Baumann, Distrito Chaglla, Provincia de Pachitea, Departamento de Huánuco", Peru.
Holotype: MHNSM 20028.
