Type locality: "Centreton, 5 miles northeast of Moorestown, Burlington County, New Jersey... Centreton is on the south side of Rancocas Creek... The same locality is designated as Bougher on the Mount Holly quadrangle of the U.S. Geological Survey (1898)", USA.
