Type locality: "Newington, N.E. Transvaal" and "the Woodbush", Zoutpansberg District, Rep. South Africa.
Holotype: Syntypes - TMP 10877-78 (formerly 508-09) (Woodbush), AMG 1520 (now in PEM).
