Plethodon asupak Mead, Clayton, Nauman, Olson & Pfrender, 2005

Type locality: "Muck-a-Much Creek (41.774° N, 123.031° W) above Scott Bar, Siskiyou County, California at the confluence of the Scot and Klamath Rivers".

Holotype: UMMZ 262026.
