Phrynopus horstpauli Köhler & Ponce, 2000

Type locality: "approximately 7 km east of Conchamarca, near village Yaurin in a forest called Huncamonte (09° 59´ 55 S 76° 09´ 43 W), 3070 m elevation, Distrito Conchamarca, Provincia Ambo, Departamento de Huánuco", Peru.

Holotype: MHNSM 20424.
