Phrynopus barthlenae Lehr & Aguilar, 2002

Type locality: "under stones near a potato field about 15 km southeast of Maraypata near Laguna Gwengway (10° 11,08´ S, 76° 05,60´ W 3680 m above sea level), Provincia Ambo, Departamento de Huánuco, Peru".

Holotype: MHNSM 20606.
