Type locality: TAIWAN: Pingtung Hsien, Peitawushan, Kuai-Ku Hut, 2130 m.
Holotype:Aleš Smetana private collection , ♂, 27.IV.1992, A. SMETANA.
Etymology: The specific epithet is the past participle of the Latin verb adicere (to add) and alludes to the presence of an additional basal internal structure of the aedeagus.
