Osteocephalus buckleyi (Boulenger, 1882)
Type locality: "Sarayacu" and "Canelos", Provincia Pastaza, and "Paitanga" (= Pallatanga), Provincia Chimborazo (in error), Ecuador.
Syntypes: BM 1947.2.13.36-39 (Sarayacu), 1947.2.13.40-41, 1947.2.13.43-45 (Canelos), 1947.2.13.46 (Pallatanga).
