Oreophryne atrigularis Günther, Richards, and Iskandar, 2001
Type locality: "at an altitude of 610 m. s. l., Wondiwoi Mountains at the base of the Wandammen Peninsula, abou 8 km west of the coastal village of Yeretuar, 2° 56´ S, 134° 36´ E, Nabire district, Irian Jaya [now Papua], Indonesia".
Holotype: ZMB 6226.
