Holotype: CORBIDI 18723, adult ♂, collected by A. Catenazzi and A. Ttito on 14 August 2017.
Type locality: “13.67603S; 70.46588W (WGS84), 2225 m a.s.l., near Thiuni, Distrito Ollachea, Provincia Carabaya, Departamento Puno, Peru”.
