Type locality: "fountainhead of Rio Jucu (20° 26´ 16 S; 41° 01´ 21 W; approximately 1200 m), next to the Parque Estadual da Pedra Azul, Municipality of Domingos Martins, State of Espírito Santo, Brazil".
Holotype: MNRJ 26057.
