Type locality: "Sydney" and "Errumanga, New South Wales", Australia.

Syntypes: BM 1947.2.24.3-5 (formerly 60.6.19.37 [Errumanga], 60.6.19.40 [Sydney], 63.6.16.84 [Sydney].
