Type locality: VIETNAM: Under leaf litter, 0.2 m from small trickle of water running through mossy rocks to a 1 m-wide cascading stream in upper montane forests on Mount Fansipan, Hoang Lien National Park, Lao Cai Province (22.3135° N, 103.7652° E, 2,815 m. elevation).
