Type locality: "Ochikura Swamp (137° 52´ E, 36° 44´E, alt. 800 m) on the eastern slope of Mt. Shiro-uma-dake in Hahuba-mura, Minami-Azumi-gun of Nagano Prefecture", Honshu, Japan.
Holotype: OMNH 9151.
