Type locality: "Cerro La Mica, Vereda de Cristo Rey, Inspección de Policía Guayabal, Municipio de San Vicinte del Caguan, Departamento de Caquetá, Colombia, 1600 m, approximately 2° 50´ N, 74° 52´ W".
Holotype: IAVH 6673.
