Type locality: Deo Trampton, 1650 m alt., one of northern valleys of Mt. Phang Si Pang, ~15 km W Safa, Lai Chau Prov., Vietnam

Holotype ♂: NSMT-Ar 5472 (18.VII.2001; S. Nomura)
