Name

Halichoeres bathyphilus (Beebe & Tee-Van, 1932)

Holotype: USNM 170910 (ex NYZS 9050). [Paratypes: USNM 170911 (ex NYZS 25045) (3)].

Type locality: One mile south of Nonsuch Island, Bermuda, depth 510 feet.
