Chenopodium pueblense H.S.Reed, Madroño 10: 139. (1950)

Type: Cultivated specimen H.S.Reed 2038; 6 May 1948; "Cauhzontli", Known only in cultivation. Grown in greenhouse at Berkeley, California, from seed collected by Carl O. Sauer at Calpán, Pueblo, Mexico. Holotype: UC794980; Isotypes: K000898499, NY00324322, US00102565, WISv0254587WIS.
