• Chelodina (Macrochelodina) kuchling (Cann, 1997) (note. some dispute the date and consider Cann's 1998 book the original description.)
  • Type locality: Kalumbaru, Western Australia. (disputed by Thomson et al. 2000; Georges and Thomson 2010).
  • Holotype: WAM R29411
