Type locality: "Departamento del Cauca, munipicipio de Inzá, Km. 84 carretera Popayán a Inzá, Río Guanacas, quebrada afluente, Internado Indígena Río Guanacas, vertiente oriental Cordillera Central, 2° 34´ Latitud N, 76° 05´ W de Greenwich, 1800-1900 m", Colombia.
Holotype: ICN 11686.
