Name

Aseraggodes martine Randall & Bogorodsky, 2013

Type locality: India, Lakshadweep (Laccadive Islands), Andrott Island, lagoon, sand bottom, 1.5 m depth.

Etymology: This species is named in honor of Martine Dessouter-Meniger in recognition of her research on soleid fishes.
