anti-G straining maneuver (plural anti-G straining maneuvers)
- (aviation, spaceflight) An anti-G technique to increase G-tolerance and reduce G-LOC incidences, that has been described as like straining on the toilet while constipated. The technique has taught in training as visualizing a walnut held between one's buttcheeks, and then trying to crush it.
