Adjective

aĝa (accusative singular aĝan, plural aĝaj, accusative plural aĝajn)

of (such) an age, (so many years, etc.) old, aged (so many years, etc.)

Mi estis nur ses monatojn aĝa.
I was only six months old.

Mia fratino estas pli aĝa ol mi.
My sister is older than I am.

Usage notes

aĝa is used to identify or compare ages, and should not be confused with maljuna “old, elderly, aged.”
