SAS

  1. (Britain, Australia, New Zealand, military) Special Air Service; an elite unit of the British army. Similar units operate in the Australian and New Zealand armies.
  2. (Scandinavia) Scandinavian Airlines System; a joint Swedish, Norwegian and Danish airline company.
