Acronym of build absolutely nothing anywhere near anyone (or anything). Attested since 1991 in Australia.

  1. (informal) One who objects to the building of any structure in their neighborhood, especially in public policy debate.

Usage notes

Used as an expression of irritation towards people who are thought worse than NIMBYs.
