ետրոնին

Old Armenian

Etymology

As has been correctly noticed by J̌ahukyan, from Ancient Greek ἑταῖρον (hetaîron), the accusative of ἑταῖρος (hetaîros). The ending -ին (-in) is probably the genitive-dative marker (-i) + the article (-n).

Noun

ետրոնին (etronin)

  1. comrade
