Schonwald Im Schwarzwald, or Schonwald (German: Schönwald im Schwarzwald) is a small village in the Black Forest in Baden-Württemberg, Germany. It was here that the Cuckoo clock was invented in 1737 and the village, naturally, expoits this historic claim to fame.
