Nagqu (prefecture)

Nagqu prefecture also spelled Nakchu (那曲地区; Nàqū Dìqū) is in northern Tibet. Most travelers just pass through on the bus from Golmud to Lhasa.

Nagqu - The prefecture capital of the same name. Has little of interest to the tourist, other than practicalities like restaurants, shops and a few internet cafes.
