The Mambukal Resort is on a higher elevation than the city hence it has a cooler average temperature; the main attraction are its natural hot springs. There are also caves and several species of bat.

• Salas Park (located a few minutes from Mambucal Resort). Best to see during the night, where it overlooks Bacolod. The trip to the park is what locals call, little Baguio with all the zig-zag and steep roads. You would also be surrounded with old pines, mahogany and the cool air. Best for hikers too.
