By car

Cars and motorcycles are generally not permitted. San Domino is the only island where cars and motorcycles are permitted.

By boat

The main port is Termoli. A one-way trip from there takes about 1-2 hours. There are various companies which go to Isole Tremiti all year round. Other ports with ships that go to Isole Tremiti include Pescara, Ortona, and Vasto in Abruzzo; Manfredonia, Vieste, Peschici and Rodi Garganico in Puglia.
