They feed the poor Demai and those in a hostel Demai.

Rabbi Gamaliel was feeding the workmen Demai.

Collectors of charity, the House of Shammai said, give the tithe when no tithe [is received] and what is not tithed to those who are tithing.

It is found that all men eat [food for which any improper payment of the tithe has been] fixed.

And the Sages say they collect [from people] in general and distribute [to people] in general.

Let he who wants to fix [improper tithes] repair [them.]
