Beis Shammai says: one may not deliver challah or the Gifts(to the Kohen) on a festival. Whether they were separated yesterday or today. Beis Hillel Permits it. Beis Shammai said to them: There is an analogy: Challah and the Gifts are gifts to the Kohen, and Terumah is a gift to the Kohen. Just as we may not deliver Terumah(to the Kohen), so too, we may not deliver Gifts(to the Kohen on a festival). Beis Hillel said to them: No, If you will say this about Terumah, which one does not have the right to seperate(on a festival). Then will you say the same thing about about Gifts(to the Kohen) which one does have a right to seperate(on a festival)?
