DAVID SCOTT, Esq.
[Post-Captain of 1814.]

Was a lieutenant of the Bellerophon 74, at the battle of Trafalgar[1]. He was made a commander, Aug. 2, 1811; and promoted to post rank, while commanding the Morgiana sloop, Oct. 22, 1814.
