THOMAS DELAFONS, Esq.

Obtained a lieutenant’s commission in Sept. 1794; commanded the Nimble cutter in 1805; and was promoted to his present rank, whilst serving as principal agent for transports, on the north coast of Spain, April 28th, 1814. Mrs. Delafons died in April, 1816.
