DEFINITIONS � 2.1 Meaning o! terms. As used in this part, unless the context otherwise requires: (a) The term "Act" means the Federal Register Act, approved July 26, 1935, as (49 Star. 500, 50 Stat. 304, 56 Stat. 1045; 44 U.S.C.
