Section 4 of Civil-Service Rule V is hereby amended by striking out from the tabular statement therein the following under the heading of "Post-Office Service:"

And inserting in lies thereof the following:
| Rural letter carrier | 17 | 55 |
| All other positions | 18 | 45 |
