DEATH OF Rev. Dr. CLARK

Rector of Great Leighs.

We regret to record the death of the Rev. Andrew Clark, M.A. and LL.D. of St. Andrew's, M.A. of Oxford, rector of Great Leighs since 1894, which occurred suddenly at his rectory on Friday evening. He had been in very indifferent health for a long time. and was arranging to resign the living during the coming summer. He leaves two daughters, the elder being at home and the younger, Mrs Mildred Harris, M.D., living in Cairns, Queensland. Much sympathy is felt for the family. Dr. Clarke was held in affectionate regard by all the parishioners and many others who knew him in wider spheres. He was 65 years of age.
