SEC. 4101. Inspector General Act of 1978.

Section 8F(a)(1) of the Inspector General Act of 1978 (5 U.S.C. App.) is amended by striking ``National and Community Service Trust Act of 1993´´ and inserting ``National and Community Service Act of 1990´´.
