Castes and Tribes of Southern India/Ōda vāndlu

Ōda vāndlu (boatmen). — A synonym of Mīla, a fishing caste in Ganjam and Vizagapatam. Some prosperous Mīlas have adopted Ōda Balija as their caste name. (See Vāda.)
