Lucy Aikin
(1781–1864)
Lucy Aikin was an English author of various historical works, educational texts, and books for young readers. Many of her works were published under pseudonyms, including "I.F.M." and "J.F.W.". Some of her works are cataloged as being written by "Mary Godolphin", which appears to simply be another pseudonym. Daughter of John Aikin; niece of Anna Laetitia Barbauld.
