Cookbook/Basic Pancakes

Mix all of the ingredients together. Mix until you have a smooth batter with no lumps.

Pancakes.

What you'll need

  • 2 cups of flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 cups of milk (add a bit more if you like yours thinner)
  • Vanilla (optional), Sugar (optional)

Heat a non-stick frying pan. Pour a little of your mixture into the pan. Cook until the batter goes solid. Serve.
