Cookbook/Rosól soup

This is a common Polish soup usually eaten with noodles or rice.

Ingredients

  • 1 Chicken
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Leek
  • 2 Carrots
  • 1/2 Celery root
  • 1 piece of Parsley

What to do

  1. Put the chicken in a pot with 1.5 litres of cold water. Add some salt. Cook for 1 hour at a low temperature.
  2. Cut the onion into 2.
  3. Cut the vegetables into large pieces. Add the onion, half of the parsley and other vegetables.
  4. Eat with rice or noodles.
