Cookbook/Rosól soup
This is a common Polish soup usually eaten with noodles or rice.
Ingredients
- 1 Chicken
- 1 Onion
- 1 Leek
- 2 Carrots
- 1/2 Celery root
- 1 piece of Parsley
What to do
- Put the chicken in a pot with 1.5 litres of cold water. Add some salt. Cook for 1 hour at a low temperature.
- Cut the onion into 2.
- Cut the vegetables into large pieces. Add the onion, half of the parsley and other vegetables.
- Eat with rice or noodles.
