I was opening my Kasse hardware wallet and the software requested to be updated, ok, so I updated. After it updated I opened the wallet and my bitcoins didn't show up. I can see all the transactions into my account and out of my account but if I add the balance it should show the bitcoins. I have Ethereum and XRP on the wallet and they are undisturbed. Can anyone give me some advice on how to recover them. My feeling is that they are still there (and I thought bitcoin runs on an infallible record of exchanges and balances. Am I wrong?
