How to send unconfirmed coins? With RPC command 'sendmany' and param 'minconf = 0' for some reason not possible. But how to make this kind of transactions, like hardwallet Trezor do it.

And one more question. How to send to one address in one transaction (example: https://www.blockchain.com/btc/tx/7657ca99ace83887a4a7b0f1ae3544c3bdb152ae8e5d5a5b3bb126fc826fbc3f) Sendmany also do not allow it.
